  This Dunkin' Donuts location is an average place. The store was clean and the staff was good, but it took me a while to get my order of a single coffee. When I ordered my coffee the employee seemed to have difficulty remembering what I was getting and then proceeded to take his time while he talked with peers.
  
  When I got the coffee, it was well made and tasted great. The critique I have is that the staff needs to be more receptive to customer service and should actually greet you when you get to the counter instead of just staring at you.

  Have we become so lazy that we can't track down better coffee and donuts then from this place?  
  
  Their app is a cute gimmick that is fun at first and lets you show off your techie skills.  The fun can no longer mask the garbage that this chain puts over the counter.
  
  Firstly, McDonald's has better coffee.
  
  Secondly, I can get better donuts at supermarkets and many convenience stores that have upped the quality of their prepared foods.
  
  The coffee today was average at best.  
  
  The donuts were not edible.  They tasted like processed, sugary, toxic, 2 cents to manufacture chemical lumps.

  *This is a brutally honest review*
  
  I've lived in New England my entire life. Dunkin' Donuts is my go-to coffee place. I recently moved out to Western, MA a couple months ago and have been to several different dunks around here. I have never been so disappointed with this company, if it were possible to award NO STARS, I would.
  
  For over a month, I have been giving different Dunkin' Donuts a try (from Springfield to Holyoke to Easthampton) and I have not ONCE been given the correct order. Out of respect for the once amazing company, I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt... But no more.
  
  I order food and drinks for 2 people, I completely understand the time it takes to make the food, I am willing to wait. However, is it really rocket science to look at the food in front of you and match it with the order ticket in your hand? I understand how harsh I am sounding, but when the task is as simple as matching items to an order, I have lost sympathy and patience.
  
  I have wasted too much money and I will no longer be taking my money to Dunkin Donuts. I dislike Starbucks coffee but at least their employees respect the customers enough to get orders correct. Guess that's what I get for not cooking my own food and making my own coffee

  Love this location the staff is always very courteous and kind! And they always make my iced caramel macchiato with almond milk and  half the caramel perfectly!!!

  They always screw up my order, and the people working there are lazy and unfriendly. Not with the DD prices, King St its way better!
